Cleveland Metroparks announces 2018 Taste on the Lake participants

Cleveland Metroparks announced participants for the inaugural 2018 Taste on the Lake Festival presented by Sprint. The festival, which takes place at Edgewater Park Saturday, July 7th and Sunday, July 8th, includes some of Cleveland’s finest local food, beverages, arts and music from across Cleveland area neighborhoods.

Vendors include notable Cleveland establishments featuring dishes from a variety of cuisines including: Bar Cento, Black Box Fix, Bloom Artisan Bakery & Café, Butcher and the Brewer, Fahrenheit, Lago, Market Garden Brewery, Maxi’s, Merwin’s Wharf, Ninja City Kitchen and Bar, Puente Viejo, Toast, TownHall and Tremont Taphouse.

Local artists will have displays, demonstrations as well as artwork for purchase. Artists include: Eileen Dorsey, Zackary Hoon, Jim Lanza, Liza Michelle, Shelly Svonavec, Eva Volf and Justin Michael Will.

Live music from top local bands representing the Cleveland music scene will take the iHeartRadio Main Stage each night.

July 7, 2018:
5:30 – 6:30 p.m. – LAKEFRONT ORIGINAL WINNER
7 – 8 p.m. – Montage
8:30 – 9:30 p.m. – Midnight Passenger
10 – 11 p.m.– Samfox

July 8, 2018:
12:30 – 130 p.m. – LAKEFRONT ORIGINAL WINNER
2 – 3 p.m. – Annie E. DeChant
3:30 – 4:30 p.m.– Broccoli Samurai
5 – 6 p.m. – The Whiskey Hollow

This June will bring a new, free four-week Sunday concert series, ‘Lakefront Originals’, presented by Sprint, to the Centennial Plaza at Edgewater Beach. The special music series will feature local talent, performing original music each Sunday from 4 to 7 p.m. The public will have the opportunity vote online and select two Lakefront Originals bands to open on the iHeartRadio main stage at Taste on the Lake. General admission for 2018 Taste on the Lake tickets are on sale now at a special presale price of $20. One food and beverage sample is included with admission. VIP tickets are $75 and include reserved parking, private restrooms, eight food and beverage samples, plus more. A portion of the proceeds benefit the Cleveland Metroparks Trails Fund.
