Phil Wickham unveils Intimate Living Hope (The House Sessions)

PHIL WICKHAM

From Phil Wickham

With the fall release of his critically lauded Living Hope, named “Worship Album of the Year” (New Release Today), Phil Wickham has unveiled Living Hope (The House Sessions), available now. Recorded live in an intimate setting, Living Hope (The House Sessions) invites listeners into a meaningful, visceral time of worship.

Wickham has also released a video today for “Great Things // King of My Heart,” coinciding with the project’s opening two tracks. The nine-song collection also includes the standout tracks “Living Hope” and “Till I Found You.” Both resonating songs have continued to impact the church as well as Christian radio while garnering over 27 million combined streams. These songs and more have been featured in key playlists including Apple Music’s Praise & Worship, Spotify’sSoft Pop Hits and and Amazon’s Fresh Christian.

“It was such a special day a few months back to come together with friends to worship and create these songs. We crowded together in a small room and recorded live, stripped-down versions of nine tracks off of Living Hope,” said Wickham. “Many of the songs were written with my local church in mind and they have since become a regular part of our gatherings. With Living Hope (The House Sessions) we wanted to capture the raw heart of why these songs were written. I’m excited to get to share them with everyone, and I hope and pray they are a blessing to whoever wants to listen.”

Bethel Music delivers “Victory”

From Bethel Music

Marking the first Bethel Music Collective release in two years, VICTORY is now available. The 14 track collection stems from the personal journeys of Bethel Music, including miracles, a raging wildfire, a joy-filled adoption and battles with anxiety, fear and health. Josh Baldwin, Cory Asbury, Jonathan & Melissa Helser, Bethany Wohrle, Sean Feucht, Emmy Rose, Brian & Jenn Johnson, Kalley Heiligenthal, Paul & Hannah McClure and Hunter GK Thompson are found on VICTORY alongside friends including Molly Skaggs, Daniel Bashta & Harvest.

“Stand In Your Love” from Josh Baldwin is proving to be a progressing radio hit. The track found on VICTORY is currently No. 5 at AC Indicator, No. 7 at AC Monitored and No. 7 at Christian Airplay.

Live video versions of “Victory is Yours,” “Ain’t No Grave,” “Goodness Of God” and“Raise A Hallelujah” were made available preceding VICTORY’s debut. Speaking to the personal nature of the music, the Helser-helmed “Raise A Hallelujah” was birthed out of the miraculous story of now three-year-old Jaxon, the son of Bethel Music CEO Joel Taylor. “’Raise A Hallelujah’ was written in the middle of our community praying for our friend’s little boy Jaxon as he was fighting for his life in the hospital,” explains Helser. “The reports from the doctors were very bleak and it seemed like Jaxon may not live, but in the middle of the storm, we began to sing our hallelujah louder than the unbelief. We watched a miracle happen as heaven came and filled Jaxon’s body with life and he was raised from his hospital bed.”
