Music for the Soul and recording artist, author, speaker, and worship leader Becky Nordquist have partnered with Care Net to make their popular book and music project, Before We Said Hello: Finding Hope after Pregnancy Loss and Infant Loss, available to Care Net’s Pregnancy Centers nationwide at a special discounted price, in recognition of the pro-life organization’s 45th year of ministry.

Care Net will also feature Before We Said Hello at the 2020 Care Net conference, themed “Celebrating 45 Years of Care,” to be held at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in Orlando, Florida from September 8-11. Well-known Christian speakers will be highlighted in the general sessions and in three and-a-half days of intensive workshops. More than just a conference, this event is a unique gathering of close-knit ministry leaders from around North America.

Before We Said Hello is a wonderful resource to be able to provide to those who experience miscarriage, as well as to those who are walking through post-abortion healing,” says Kay Sanford of Care Net.

“I am so grateful for how God is moving and using Before We Said Hello in the work that Care Net does for so many hurting people,” says Nordquist. “I am blessed and honored to pray over each book that goes out to those who are in need of His healing touch.”

“This is the second time Music for the Soul and Care Net have partnered together,” notes Music for the Soul founder Steve Siler. “We previously appeared at the 2018 Care Net conference to feature Mercy Great Enough, our project for those who have remorse over an abortion decision in their past, and we’re excited to be able to once again partner with Care Net and share in the life-affirming work they are doing! They have an initiative called Making Life Disciples that inspires churches to offer compassion, hope, and help to women and men in their pews and communities who are considering abortion.”

Since the October 15, 2019, release of Before We Said Hello, Nordquist has found herself in demand as a guest on multiple television and radio broadcasts, print, and online media outlets, including interviews and performances with Worship Leader Magazine, the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association’s influential podcast, GPS: God. While several live events that Nordquist and Music for the Soul had scheduled for 2020 to feature Before We Said Hello have been cancelled or postponed due to the COVID19 virus, they anticipate rescheduling and will resume sharing the project more broadly in 2021.
